Thanksgiving is done, on to Christmas. Seriously, 2009 has flown by and it was a total blur for me. I’m trying to slow things down this holiday season so I can really soak in all the details. I made a Christmas journal last year but never got around to using it.. Now I’m ready to document!
For those who may be keeping count, I’ve only seen New Moon three times. And I haven’t seen it since the opening weekend. I plan on resolving that issue by the end of the week.
Holiday shopping season has begun but it doesn’t seem to have made a dent in the number of hours I work at the second job. I’m not complaining, the real job has been keeping totally busy lately but a few extra $$ would be nice. Trying to scrape up funds for presents may be difficult this year. But we will do our best as we do every year.
2009 has brought us our share of speed bumps but we have been blessed with family and friends that have truly supported us through the good and bad. I believe that 2010 will bring us many surprises and will be a year that we will all remember.
